this was so much fun to make X0! the premise that came to my head for this was that, since no one could rlly do anything ab henry's resort (space territory and allathat), everyone just decided to make it a neutral place for world meetings, in exchange of henry getting pardoned ?

(mind you i have no idea how the UN works. just assume some sort of international org every world leader unrealistically agreed to join and then argue w/ each other for the sake of the comic ok /lh)
