Today's Tunes

I didn’t want to hike from stage to stage today….so i stayed at the same stage that wiz khalifa and 2 chainz were to perform on. Part of me kind of wishes i would have hung out I the blues tent as well, but I wanted to check out the stage i was at as well.

We got there as Griz was getting ready to perform and enjoyed their entire set. I think they were the group I was most pleasantly surprised by today.

Then Mutemath played and I enjoyed them as well.

2 Chainz…..something was off with his set and especially with his sound. His mic was quieter than his DJ and also quieter than the music. His start and stop of songs was also strange. It just felt off the entire time. Originally Ludacris was to play….but i thought the change to 2Chainz had been long enough to have his set together.

Wiz Khalifa…..loved, loved, loved his entire show. Well, I take that back….. I have one complaint….he didn’t play Ass Drop….I was looking forward to Ass Drop. He is a great performer though and I hadn’t seem him live…so I didn’t know what to expect….be played a wide range of everything and he seemed to just enjoy entertaining. He definitely did not disappoint….well except for that whole lack of Ass Drop.
