For those that know (/don't know) me, there was a time in my life where it was all about bubbletea! I grew out of it, but once in a while, I still go for bbt with friends. After visiting farmers' market & browsing in City Centre with Clara, we decided to try out this new (not "new" - but "new" for us) bubbletea/dessert place across from Blue Plate Diner, near Bay Enterprise Square LRT station - called Bubble Buzz.

  So $$$ from other bbt places I've visited, but I can understand cos it's in downtown. Alright... For once in my life, I decided to try the dessert bowls instead of ordering bbt. I went for the "Rainbow Delight" - mango ice cream, green tea ice cream, fresh fruits, & whipped cream.

Sleek & modern interior with white as the main color. I gotta say, it was pretty nice but I wished they put more stuff up on their shelves/walls. I especially loved the many plug-ins inside. Here was the lady making Clara's red bean bubbletea.

So... the only thing I appreciated about this place were the plug-ins >.< no joke... I didn't even bother taking a photo of my pathetic "Rainbow Delight". The "bowl" was even smaller than your typical bulk jam container! 2 tiny scoops of ice cream... But bcos we're in downtown, I should expect things to be $$$ & comes in small amounts. Fine. The dessert had 2/5 things missing:  no mango ice cream, no whipped cream. Mango ice cream was substituted with coconut ice cream so ok, I won't consider that as missing. "Fresh fruit" = canned pineapples with a few slices of banana. I don't mind canned pineapples, so I'll even give credit for that! But dude... I wasn't aware that one can spoil green tea ice cream for me o.O I realized that the bottom 1/5 of my green tea ice cream scoop was ICE. PURE ICE! This can only mean 1 thing...the ice cream has been opened & has been sitting in the freezer for a long time -.- couldn't they have been more considerate? Leave the ice out, geez... it's not supposed to be a shaved ice bowl!

3/10: 1 for clean interior, 1 for plug-ins, 1 for bowl of "misc" "delight".
