“Buon pomeriggio signore.” Caesar says cheerfully, walking over to his bed with her plate of cupcakes. The gentle light of the warm afternoon sun peeking in through the curtains lights up the room as well as her large green eyes that gazed over him laying in the cot in curiosity. “How did you end up like this? Se non ti dispiace chiederlo.”

mista watched her come over not really being able to do more than just lay there. He reached for a cupcake, honestly really happy he had something sweet. “Grazie.” He murmured, taking a small bite to sample the sweet and perking up a bit. He needed these. 

“I picked a fight with the wrong guy.” he said simply. It wasn’t a lie, he just didn’t mention that the guy was an old vampire and a massive asshole. “I was in the right but he won.”
