Take a full body stretch, arms overhead and feet long to the bottom of the mat. Then leaving your hips centered, begin to walk both feet to the bottom right corner of the mat. Next, shift your arms and shoulders to the top right corner of your mat. Your body is like a shallow letter c now, or crescent moon.

Wherever your arms have landed, let them relax heavy on the earth beneath you. Notice the sensation all along your left side body. If you'd like a little more, cross your left ankle over your right. You might even take hold of your left wrist with your right hand and give a gentle pull. Nothing strenuous or full of effort. As a matter of fact, do less.

Breathe in this shape for a few moments, and let it feel good. Then release your bind. Uncross your legs. Return feet and head to the center of the mat and repeat the shape on your left side, bringing that gentle sensation to your right sode body.

The Budweiser County Fair is coming back to Toronto in 2018, and it’s getting bigger!

Last year, the inaugural County Fair country music festival took over a parking lot on King Street West – but this July 20 and 21 the fair moves to the Fort York Commons at 250 Fort York Blvd.

While the festivities may have a new home, they promise to have the same good time, country music, county fair vibes with live music from some great up-and-coming Canadian artists as well as tasty BBQ and a whole lot more.

So far, seven country artists have been announced for the 2018 Budweiser County Fair, and it’s a good looking list…

We’ve seen the entire list live, and we can tell you that they all put on a show that entertains the crowd. And, there’s a strong chance that we’re going to have more names added to the festival before the gates open on Friday, July 20.
