8. Is there a story idea you have that you would love if it could appear fully realized but that you do not think you’ll ever write yourself?
okay. yes with a caveat that i might one day write it myself lmao. (my biggest flaw is that i’m too ambitious and think i can write everything lol)
i have this idea for a really angsty buck mcd fic where he and eddie first meet when they’re younger, like teenagers, and lose touch. then they meet again when they’re older, except buck has cancer. it’ll be dual timeline (think the last 5 years - present moving forward in time, past moving backwards) and it will be how they first met and fell in love, then where they’ve ended up in the present and like, learning to make the most of the time they have.
but look i’m terrified to 1. basically write two parallel fics, and 2. write buck mcd lmao that feels like i’m inviting ire.
(then again maybe i still will so who knows!! its in an ellipsus doc i just try not to think about it)
