There are these gummy vitamins you can get at Target by olie that help you fall asleep. They say to take 2 but I would recommend only 1 until you know how they affect you. During the day drinking a cup of coffee and then immediately taking a quick 15min nap can help a lot too. You'll be waking up just as the caffeine hit your system. A little sugar and creamer can also help make your brain clip along with some more energy. Just don't over do the junk food as it'll counteract itself

if you're trying to stay awake, try doing a couple of squats (NOT TOO MANY, cause you'll get even more tired - a couple to get your blood flowing), chewing gum, or eating an apple (recommended to me by a doctor). If you're trying to fix your sleep schedule, get up crazy early one day, and you'll be so exhausted you'll probably want to go to bed at a reasonably hour. Godspeed tho friend - sleep is simultaneously my favourite thing & my worst enemy, so I feel your pain.

To help wake you up eat an apple. Only water after 6pm. Brush your teeth when you feel sleepy but gotta stay awake. Leave your phone/tablet on the other side of the room when you lay down to go to sleep. Rest your eyes while standing or sitting up for 10 seconds throughout the day for a quick recharge while doing stuff.
THANKS YALL are my life support tbh i’m gonna try to nail this shit <333
