This was the most recent collection of my ‘Present’ beats, where I posted a new one minute beat every day from January 1st. By that point, it felt like it may be a little overwhelming for peeps - it was lovely to do but I understand that it can be a lot to stop scrolling and listen for a minute - especially when it’s not always the right environment to bump this stuff out loud. It turns out it was actually quite a welcome break because in that time a LOT of moving has happened (from Laos to Margate with the ever glorious Mrs Peace, and more besides), and a lot of life needed to be lived. That being said, the project is not on hiaitus and hasn’t stopped - just, let’s say, transmogrified. I’ll be releasing each month’s beats in a collection at the end of every month, and we’ll see - another transmogrification may be on the cards...
