If they can write in Gaten’s spinal condition and change Mikel’s character based on Finn…then they can change Will based if Noah, too…

As a gay man, it’s honestly strange how some of you get so angry about the ‘buff Byers’ meme or the idea of Will being muscular (he is literally toned in s4, and likely 5 based on Noah’s build) is weird. It’s giving that Mike and Will aren’t fitting your stereotypical yaoi body types…when in my eyes, one of the appealing aspects of byler is how they differ from other queer media and defy stereotypes.

Plus—it is interesting how in season 4 they introduced Mike’s interest for muscles with the posters in his room…likely because Will became visibly more muscular and toned.

That doesn’t take away from who he is—that he is soft-spoken, gentle, and often defies gender-norms.

But yeah sorry he’s not the femboy twink y’all want him to be…
