The bug quilt - completely hand sewn quilt

This one already sold, but I'll be making more soon, promise!

Thanks to @rosymothquilts for giving me that final push to clean and take good photos before I shipped this off. ❤️

I'm so proud with how it turned out, and excited to work on my next project, 'the eyeball quilt' - afterwards there will be another 'bug' quilt with a dark green backing.

Might need to invest in like, proper quilt labels or something soon 👀

Please ignore clutter, I wasn't going to waste craft time hanging up laundry.

I laid out my blocks for the bug fabric quilt, its delightfully busy (this is not the final layout) and I'm looking forward to assembly.

I also have blocks for a community quilt as there is a new baby in the sewing group and I volunteered to do assembly and quilting. I have all the blocks in so later this week I will lay those out and figure out if I need to fill anything in to make it all square. It has been SO fun to see the blocks everyone has made as they came in, zero regrets on this responsibility.
