I have typed “Elsa” instead of “else” at least twice in class today.

Managed to live through my first midterm of the week.
Final score: one bombed question, one partially-answered question, one hopefully-correct question, and one cramped hand. 😅😂
Gooood evening. 😅
Today I spent 7 hours in the computer lab on campus, being a Good Student™ and trying to finish lab work for my programming class, which is due by the end of the week. I made some progress, but I still didn’t finish, and one of the two assignments is slowly driving me insane, even with the help of at least 3 other people, both online and in person.
So, in conclusion... Me trying to code:
Me, to the people asking if I need help:
Me before I left:
And me now:

@insectoid5 there's a reason i have 6 ducks on my desk...
Funnily enough, I have no ducks at all. 😅 I do have a small army of Frozen and Marvel figurines, tsum tsums, and Itty Bittys. But most importantly, I have this fellow:
Who, appropriately enough, is named Pascal! Surely he knows something about programming... 😂 @kalikoke @raksha-the-demon
Have some crocuses! 😁 Written in Java.

This is what I spent half the night and into the wee hours on last night. (And that was just learning how to draw it! I still need to program some sort of scaling function...)
My Java class is covering if-then-else statements this week, and loop statements next week; this is pretty much just review of what we learned in C class, albeit with Java nuances. And I once again have the itch to write a Domestic Assassin AU fic titled “If-Then-Elsa”, which would satisfy the statement:
if (mission == “normal”) pickAgent(); else Elsa();
Or, perhaps more concisely:
else if (mission == “one only a crazy person would take”) Elsa();
😛 @kalikoke @raksha-the-demon @frozenartscapes
So, my second programming class at CC revolves around the Java language. It's a bit simpler to understand than C in SOME areas, and looks much more complicated in most others. 😓
Our second lab assignment in the class, due next week, is a small "introduction to graphics" project, the code of which is rather complicated looking (we have graciously been given a program template, as we're not expected to understand everything just yet).
Anyway, the assignment? Draw a snowman.
You all KNOW what I'm thinking (and singing in my head!)...
