This is a drawing inspired by Nakano Takeko, a real noble #onnabugeisha who lived in Japan during 19th century! I made it for a contest #giocomix2018 . I had fun experimenting with different techniques and tools, I've also tried some paper textures to remind the classic Japanese paintings. I was fascinated by her story! And you? Do you know Nakano?
