Where is the best place for a batbox? I live in Southern CA. I have a home with a yard & garage.
We often hear bats in the evening….
The best place is dependent on what species you have, and not all species even use bat boxes. I'm not sure about southern California specifically, but generally you want to install the bat box up high.
