My younger brother and I were throwing questions at each other with queries usually asked for people applying for a job during the screening process. He was kind of shy in answering some seriously, so he said he wanted to ask me too.
He asked me: Why should we not hire you?
I said: I may commit errors at my first try on the job. People are made that way - imperfect. But, people are designed to learn. You need people to run this company - people like me who take that intricate value of learning as not mere design, but more importantly a necessity.
I know it’s kind of bragging, but I think that it may work in case the question is raised in the future.
