This week, we addressed a loud grinding sound that a customer heard on their Buick LaCrosse. It was coming from the front of the car.
When we checked the brakes, we saw that the front inboard brake pads measured at 2 mm. The front outward brake pads were at 5 mm.
Brake replacement was recommended and performed.
In addition to grinding noises, you may hear rattling, squealing, and groaning when you need new brakes.
