Mythical creatures weren’t our only find on a school visit to Carolina Friends School today. So impressed by the wonderful emphasis on community, self reliance and diversity in the school’s approach and ethic. And Viv loved the emphasis on students being engaged, educated citizens who are challenged to seek truth & right. Not sure if she’ll make a change for high school but I’m happy that she wants to explore. She’s always seeking a challenge on her way to finding herself and her place in this world.
