I’ve learned a lot in the last month or so about what I want to get out of my bujo, and I’ve started working on my 2022 journal.
It’s easy to be so inspired my someone else’s bujo setup that you want to copy it - and that’s totally fine! The highest form of flattery is of course being copied.
That being said: I have been playing around with different setups and elements I’ve seen, but I also want to make sure I’m cultivating a journal that is still “me”. I don’t want to copy someone else’s color scheme, doodles, or vibe! I’d even like to start adding weekly sketchbook pages.
So, I set aside all the bujo inspiration year spread pics I had saved and thought about what would make me happy, and what I came up with was simpler that I expected but feels perfect.
I used origami paper layered, torn, and cut. That’s it.
Week 11/52
I got a new succulent friend!!!
2.4.19 // Sibling study break, expectation vs reality.
At least we got shit done (well I did 1000 words dunno about him)

I apologise for going silent this past week. I have been preparing for my internship that starts on Monday and dealing with some health issues. As I am new to bullet journaling, it's going to take me a few weeks to figure out a routine for posting on this account, so please bear with me in the meantime.
this week has been so mentally exhausting. thank goodness it’s almost over. later today i might post some of my paper outlines and remaining assignments sheet. if not i hope everyone has rad weekend!
also peep some of the adorable stuff @hannybstudies sent me in her last letter (message me if you wanna be pen pals <3)
