Ask anyone and they will tell you #fountainheadregionalpark's trails are a beast. I ended up sharing the trail today with competitors in the #bullrun50 for my two hour #longrun. I gave them encouragement whenever I passed runners. Then I came through the aid station and all the volunteers cheered for me. I told them I wasn't part of the race and they just said "great job anyway!" This trail is way more punishing than what I will see in a couple of weeks at #northfacedctrailhalf.
