Jerry Headcanons (Angst)

He didn’t have a very stable family life while growing up. His father was emotionally neglecting & an alcoholic who eventually left him and his mother to fend for themselves. This lead to him developing his abandonment issues and they only grew worse with the amount of people refusing to associate with him as a kid.

His fear for Jimmy comes from him seeing his abusive father in him. Although Jimmy is the complete opposite of him, he still bears a resemblance to the man that spark unwanted flashbacks for Jerry.

His mom was a compulsive liar. She claimed she would pick him up from Bullworth but never did and he still clings onto the little bit of hope that maybe there’s a chance.

Jerry’s the type of guy to keep everything bottled up. He tries to place on an ego to convince himself that he’s going to reach high success in life but deep down, he’s honestly just depressed and frightened he’ll lose everyone else eventually.
