Supervising Clients
The next days when i supervising the clients,i realized that most clients they don't have in mind a clearly goal.So i explain them what they can do and how are they going to achieve them(e.g lose weight,gain muscle mass or just exercising for physical health). As a coach i always follow the ASCM guidelines for every goal,set,repetition and rest.
Moreover,i started built a suitable program for them.If a new client wants to increase his muscle mass then first must have the enough muscular endurance.After i design the program for 2-3 weeks and then we are going to move to the next goal.
e.g. If a client wants to lose weight,i create the program for muscular endurance (>12 repetitions) and at the end i suggest an aerobic type of exercise for (20-30 minutes) in order to increase the metabolism(Clark et al., 2008)
