Maybe, Friedrich, it's because you worked together with the far-right political party, and believe rape doesn't exist in a marriage. That Habeck is hot is a bonus perk, not the reason, so many females are voting for him and not you.

I can't even start to express how fucking stressed I am about the upcoming Bundestagwahl.

My trust in CDU is non-existent and I know that even if (and lets all be very fucking real right now, that is a massive if) they don't work with AfD, they are going to continue to move further and further right until they might as well become AfD.

There are so many of us who live here long term but have no right to vote. So we just have to sit, wait and hope. Which, tbqf, is a pointless task because not being a citizen here doesn't mean losing the ability to read and we see the polls, so we see how much a huge chunk of Germans hate us. We are very aware the majority of CDU voters don't want us here either btw, otherwise they wouldn't be voting for the party trying to roll back citizenship, visa and immigration laws.

It's already hard enough to operate here as any type of marginalised person. You will be reminded that you are "other" on the daily. But this now? This is too much. Because most of us are already exhausted. So how exactly are we expected to survive the next four years????

Denkt die CDU wirklich, je mehr identische Plakate des gleichen Types sie aufhängen, desto wahrscheinlicher werden ehemals neutrale Wähler sie wählen?

Teilweise vier gleiche Plakate übereinander, vierzehn (!) in diesem kleinen Straßenabschnitt.

I lost all track of the election coverage after I found out SSW won a seat, its the Danish minority party and it's the funniest shit ever. It won't change anything except now there'll be one guy going "But what about the Danes??" ever so often as the other parties fight about big issues.
