Was thinking about the direction Manousos' character could take in S2, and I'm on 2 minds about it.

Part of me really appreciates finally having a character who doesn't hook up immediately in the apocalypse, doesn't create love triangles and makes it everybody else's problem while the world around them is actively dying, and is a detriment to everybody else.

On the other hand, the fanfic side of me likes to think Manousos is gay, travels to Las Vegas with Carol for plot reasons and begrudgingly falls for Koumba against his will. Has long late night talks with Carol complaining about Koumba's stupid smile, stupid laugh, stupid positivity which culminates in a heated discussion where Manosous wants to punch Koumba, but accidentally kisses him instead and from then on Koumba is 'Regrettably my husband' for Manousos Sunshine Protector Oviedo
