In this story omega bunny!Cas breaks tradition with the mating practices of his bunny community. He doesn’t want to be shared with many alphas, but find just one alpha to mate and make his home with. He finds his mate in the lone alpha wolf Dean.

If Dean's a ranger, he probably has a gun, maybe even wears it around sometimes to do his work. No wonder Cas was scared of him at first, people with guns are scary. ;-; I bet even when he's gotten 100% comfortable with Dean, he doesn't like even looking at the gun. It makes him uneasy.

Cas knows hunters use guns too, and while he trusts Dean, he doesn’t trust other humans. He’s never very happy about Dean’s gun, but Dean keeps it locked away at home.
