hi! yes, that is more or less the reason, hahah.

i'd initially meant for it to be a relatively short break but to put it simply; life, loss and mental health have kept me from coming back to writing for quite some time. i've been getting help though and working on things alongside slowly trying to ease myself back into my creative work. :)

while i don't have a definite on when i'll be opening requests again, i'll probably give an attempt at writing soon! i will admit though that as much as i've been going back and forth with the idea, i feel like clearing out all the old requests i couldn't get out and having a fresh start in terms of drafts might be the best route to go but i'll see about that. ^^

hey 🍪!! gosh, it's been a minute! :)

i've been doing pretty great recently! had a down spiral for a few months and had to put everything on pause for a bit to refresh - a well needed break too to process the year so far - but i really am feeling a lot better now. 😊

i'm just a teeeeny bit stressed rn having to supervise some renovations around the house on my dad's behalf but luckily it's all moving along smoothly, which is good considering i'm itching to get my creating space back with its new look! the time off has been great though - i've been able to focus on my non-creative hobbies as well as spend more time with my dogs and catch up with friends over text which is always nice. 💗

Hello! I came over from your fanfic blog and your asks are closed rn.

Would you ever write for darkwood again? There's not a lot of content for the game! it's so underappreciated :( So I occasionally look up the tag to see if anything new has been written in the fandom, but alas no. So I usually just reread yours 😅

But anywayyy, thank you for the works you've created I really enjoy reading them!!

awe, thank you so much, i'm really glad you enjoy my works!! 💗 the darkwood stuff is what i'm particularly proud of tbh, so it's so good to know that there is an audience for it out there! :>

to answer your question, i definitely do plan on writing more for darkwood! ironically, i was brainstorming an idea for a piece around the time this ask came in, so expect to see something wolfman related hopefully soon - and whenever my requests open back up, feel free to make any requests for it c:

and just more for anyone wondering about requests; i plan on making a long overdue update post soon to touch on my hiatus and the current workings going on to get things moving again 😅

not even a week into finally getting a replacement laptop and now my phone screen decides to shatter, boy is my luck all over the place-

in other news, i wanted to be a bit more interactive with followers here which was a bit difficult considering this is a sideblog and i wanted to keep the main blog i was using completely separate from this one- but i did some poking around to figure out how to make another blog an admin of a sideblog and bunnywithsomelove was born! so if you see replies in the notes or some posts coming from there, it's just me!

i'll also be moving most but not all of my 'nibbles speaks' and positivity posts there to hopefully help de-clutter future space
