[2026-02-23] A walk around Burbage Valley. Not a promising day but rain kept off although very windy. Good to be out.

[2026-02-23] A walk around Burbage Valley. Not a promising day but rain kept off although very windy. Good to be out.
[2025-12-24] A Christmas Eve walk around Burbage Valley. Walked along the North and South Edges than up the valley. Very cold and windy (but sunny) on the edges.
[2025-11-17] A walk around the Burbage Valley, from North Burbage Bridge over Burbage Edge, down to Owler Tor and back over Higgar Tor. A great day in later autumn
[2025-04-25] A walk up Higgar Tor and then down to Carl Walk. As this was just a short walk, walked down to the main Burbage path - Green Drive - then back up to North Bridge.
(2024-10-14) A walk around the Burbage Valley on a lovely autumn day. Walking up from Surprise view car park and then up through woods to Higgar Tor via Mother Caop and over Owler Tor. Along to Burbage Bridge, then along the edge to near to Fox House. An autumnal walk down Padley Gorge and then bak to the car.
(2024-09-29) Just below Stanage with a great view north to Kinder and the Hope Valley. Great weather for a change so lots of people out. A walk around Stanage, Higgar Tor and then up Burbage Valley.
(2024-07-08) Summer came today. In the heat walked around the Burgage valley. From the Upper Burbage Bridge walked along the top of the edge to the raod at the bottom. Then returned via the Green Drive. Felt so hot.
(2024-01-30 Higgar Tor) A walk around the Burbage Valley from Upper Burbage bridge. First Higgar Tor then Carl Walk, down to river level and up the Green Drive. Sunny day for a change. Cold though.
