Cream only hoped Amy wouldn't mind. After all, she was staying with her for the time being. A neatly written note written in crayon was her solution to this, leaning up on her tiptoes to place the piece of paper on the kitchen table. Her penmanship wasn't perfect, but at least it was readable; and she made sure to make it a nice green color, too. Once she was sure it was in a place the rosette would see it, Cream turned and ran for the door. Her lack of her partner in crime was a bit off putting, though. Cheese was to stay behind and cover up for her if anything where to go wrong. They were quite the tag team.

The young rabbit knew where the ice cream parlor was. She had been there multiple times before with not only her mother, but her friends as well. It was as if she had a home radar pointing her there. Or maybe it was simply the excitement of seeing her friend again. Not too long ago she had come in contact with Blaze, another sisterly figure towards her. The two hadn't seen each other, let alone spoken in such a long time, so naturally the younger suggested they meet up and do something together. This was just the beginning of their day.

Once Cream arrived there she perched herself on one of the stools, spinning left and right lazily with her legs hanging off the side. Probably a little early, so she didn't mind waiting.
