Burger Cake!

Happy 4th of July, y’all! I’m celebrating by going to a barbecue and bringing this burger cake!

I saw one at the store the other day and I told my sister, “My toxic trait is thinking I could make that.”

Later in the week my mom said we were asked to bring dessert to the family bbq and asked if there was anything I had in mind. So I decided screw it, let’s try this thing.

I didn’t feel like making anything from scratch so all I did was make two box cake mixes (one yellow cake mix and one chocolate cake mix) and two cream cheese frosting. Then I used food coloring (there was a lot of experimenting to get that tan color) to make the cream cheese frosting different colors then used a piping bag to put it all together! Oh and white sprinkles to look like sesame seeds. I think it turned out pretty dang well.

(Some of the yellow frosting got on my hand and it was really messing with my brain when I licked it and it wasn’t mustard.)
