Ethan looked in awe at the Luxury Ball his mom gave him for his birthday, enthralled with the ball's design. Even if today was a mostly quiet birthday, this alone as a gift was enough to make his day worthwhile. It was little things like this that made him happy, but to him a Luxury Ball was a huge gift. He was trying to think of what Pokemon he would save it for, since it'd have to be an extra special one. The thoughts made him excited, but homesick at the same time. If he were at home right now, he'd be eating his mom's Cinnabar Volcano Burgers and having cake she would bake for him. He let out a small sigh as he thought about Newbark Town.
