modern burgred has been vying for the hoa presidency for 25 years. he and ludeca keep sabotaging each other's campaigns which is why neither of them have been successful. they are also both on the rotary club and regularly attend town hall meetings where all they do is shout and offer up petitions that directly contradict each other's petitions. burgred has a long-standing feud with the local frozen yogurt shop because of a fire code violation. burgred once attempted to make a citizen's arrest because a patrol car was illegally parked. he ended up getting arrested and ludeca had to bail him out.
