Lore is still in progress, but BASICALLY —

Edmund’s “true” form is an eldritch deity that has been around for millennia. This being is composed of dust, gas, everything the universe is made up of. It’s not responsible for the conception of the universe, but it has a hand in maintaining balance.

Edmund was born to human parents, but through the inscriptions tattooed on his body, he is able to both contain and invoke the deity within his body.

His creature design isn’t quite where I want it be yet? -has elements of different underwater creatures, one of those being a siphonophore, as they are a collective entity consisting of various individual parts with their own functions. Kinda like Edmund 👀 ??? They’re also incredibly ethereal-looking and mesmerizing to me….alien lookin ass.

Edmund finds, and begins to travel with two survivors of a fallen kingdom. Princess Farah and her protector, Sir Lucian. Ed tries to discover his identity and origin with their help. But they also have their own mission.

theres plenty of things available at the farm store for treating minor injuries and ailments in horses. anti-inflamatory supplements, creams and poltices, wraps, boots. easy to deal w minor strains all on ur own!

for dogs? not much. supplements for health but thats it. my dog twisted his "wrist" and im icing it. i wish i had an equivalent to bute-less. i wish i hadnt thrown out the cooling ligament gel the mares hated (i would have checked if it was safe before applying).

im gonna call the vet in the morning. rn im icing it 15 on / 15 off. hes still favoring it but its a normal temp now at least

also as a side note before we continue: they+ is the indicator of "the system as a whole" <3

Anyway *holds up the Egg Carton* they+ were always plural as far back as they+ remember. It was always Robotnik, Edmund (Eggman's name before Sonic's involvement), and Tinker (Mr. Tinker's name before they became an adult) and then sometime when Maria was taken to the ARC, Martin formed.

They+ always a connection with technology, with each one wanting to use it for different reasons: Edmund wanted to use it to further their+ reputation, Robotnik wanted to use it to progress scientifically, and Tinker wanted to use it to entertain the masses.

But after some...incidents in their family (as well as the loss of some close friends), Edmund's view still was on proving himself, but more in the energy of "I'll take over the world so no one can destroy me", and he becamse more or less the default fronter for the longest time, though he doesn't consider himself a "host".

Actually, for the longest time, they+ didn't even HAVE a system name. They+ didn't even know what roles were, let alone that you could name your system outside of what the body's name was.

It wasn't until Sonic found out about them+ being a system did Sonic joking call them "The Egg Carton" and they+ just kind of were like "yeah that might as well happen".

Because of Ivo being a system, there's a fun game we like to play called "who made what plan". For example: Eggman was responsible for their "debut" plan in Sonic Adventure, Robotnik was trying to archive information about their+ grandfather that lead to the events of Sonic Adventure 2, and Mr. Tinker wanted to run a fun little race so was responsible for Sonic R.

Uhhh there's probably a lot more I just need more "prompting" if that makes sense?? Like their+ relationship with Shadow, Maria, ect. (which we& DO have a lot of thoughts about but this is getting a bit long so jasodfpojs)
