1. when did you start creating art?

i had doodled cats passively my entire life, but i started taking art seriously when i started middle school. i made a friend who introduced me to digital art and the program flockmod (possibly the most frustrating program in existence)

we both were obsessed with warriors, and drawing cats together made me realize how fun it was. they were better at drawing than me, and it sparked a competitive fire in me. i drew every second i could and improved fast. i had never wanted to improve at something so badly before

20. what motivates you artistically?

mostly love for whatever im watching or reading! its like a conversation with the source material, a cyclical relationship of creation <3

Yeah, I called myself AnneLaurant because of that! (It's not supposed to have a space in the middle, since I wanted to have a consistent username across platforms that allow spaces and platforms that don't.)

I got introduced to Sound Horizon via an AMV with a cover of Asa to Yoru no Roman. While I didn't really like the cover, I got curious about the song, searched it on YouTube, and stumbled upon Revo's Roman album. (The rest is history.)

I'm no longer as into it as before, and I struggle to find something I really like in Revo's newer releases the way I love his older works. But, I still sing my old favorites from time to time because they're so fun!
