The only things mixel moon madness did wrong for me was "Don't Pull The Plug" and the existence of burnard /hj

Ok so that one Burnard anatomy chart from nnga made me realize something: it must be an absolute nightmare to preform surgery on a Mixel.

Since two Mixels can look wildly different from eachother, the placement of their internal organs would probably vary for each individual too.

It's probably mostly a particularly stressful game of "oh dear maximum Mixel where is this orbiton's appendix located and how do I get to it without accidentally killing my patient"
