Burning Cities
I clutched the sand, it hurt me I forgot This is the simplest, maybe the only story that can be told about us The truth will reveal itself But which one? Do I see myself in you? Do I know him to be me? No, stop it I don't need to I shouldn't! I owe them my anger The evil I know, the evil I don't know It's the same thing It's about time I understood
Pig Bait
Wheat field, with storm coming in, last year It’s May. The weather is either FREEZING, WINDY HELL or hey, it’s warm out. Garden is planted, got a new blueberry plant to go with the one from last year. So have been not writing that much. But. Have been thinking about it. Does that count? Yes, it does. So saw this blip about Baker City, Oregon and how it’s now a sanctuary city against…wokeness.…

I really want to write burning cities again, but God, there's so much of it that's not explicitly badly written, but the ideas and shit are bad.
If I ever re-write it, here are concepts I'll keep
1) Great shift: thing where people used machines to physically move land masses to make new continents and shit based on political agendas
2) people still upset over GS
3) the Islands, and the 2 continents being the only land masses that aren't north and south poles.
4) my dumbass tweenage self naming the 2 continents Maine Land and Main Land, except I'll do it differently.
5) the reason the governing bodies can stay in control with no one legally allowed to question them is because intentionally manipulative laws that give them emergency power, thereby being in a constant world war to force this.
6) rebellion against this
7) Oddie Odd is relevant in every universe, but even more so here.
8) Nowhere is a place.
9) life island, and fucked up human experimentation.
idk, y'all.
burning cities by tobi westport
they burnt the cities down,
took the light of life,
and turned it into the flame of death.
everything faded into ash:
humanity,
emotions,
senses,
memories,
but it took them eternities to realize
that the cities were their chaotic minds
and they were only begging to be put to rest.
