I haven't been sleeping all that we'll. Hasn't been this bad in a while. Its hard to walk the path when your tired. Plus your body and mind are fighting against you at that point because it wants to calm down. I tend to go into "Bear" mode and start kicking myself at the end of the day for not doing all the things I planned to do. The reality is that I've probably planned things way to tight and aggressive anyways but, nevertheless, get bummed that I didn't achieve my Ubermensch state that day. Yup, foolish. I know. Yoga, chanting, and the other tools in my toolbox help. That got me thinking. . . . To various degrees, the one thing that I have stuck to all these years is this spiritual journey. I was trying to figure out how or when it started. My guess is late teens when I first stepped into a cool store over in Portsmouth NH. The journey's evolved, no doubt. My study of nootropics for example. Been in a rut the past two weeks and know my vibrations are off so I decided to shake things up this morning.
