I've been contemplating starting this blog for a while now. What if no one reads it? What if it doesn't impact anyone's life? But it is important to share my experience and how I survived. It hasn't been an easy road and almost two years later, I still experience pain. Certain triggers give me anxiety, pull me into a dark place or result in me hiding my wounds. I AM A BURN SURVIVOR. 3rd degree burns to 30% of my body. 30 days in burn ICU. 10 days in rehab, learning how to do the most basic of tasks again. This fire accident doesn't make me a burn victim but a burn survivor, I went through all of that and I'm still living my life today. I still smile. I still dance. I'm still alive.

The following is a story on my burn recovery, I think many people can find this helpful as I share my personal experience from a burn with scalding hot water.
When I went to work on October 24th, I was accidentally burned by my colleagues with boiling water, from the knees to the toes, and it was excruciating! I, who never easily cried, could not help but cry.
At that time, my leg was diagnosed as a second-level burn by the orthopedics surgeon. The doctor also applied some anti-inflammatory and sterilizing ointments on the area. I did not expect that, on the third day after, my dog would accidentally peel off the recovering skin while I was asleep, which greatly affected the recovery. I was paranoid about permanent scarring, and was clueless about what to do!
Three weeks later, Ms. Wu, an essential oils teacher, was made aware of my situation and introduced me to doTERRA. She personally prepared a bottle of essential oil for me:
Lavender ➕ Myrrh ➕ Frankincense ➕ Coconut Carrier Oil
After using it for a week, I found that my skin has beautifully recovered, and I became very interested in learning more about these oils so I reached out to Ms. Wu. And here we are.
I’ve always appreciated essential oils, but I have never come across any good products, and I never thought that any oils would be as effective as doTERR essential oils. In the end, it is the only Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade (CPTG) essential oils in the market.
Today, I sent a picture to the doctor. He said that I’m young, so I can recover quickly. However, I did not tell him that I used the exclusive secret recipe prepared by Miss Wu :P

我在10月24號上班時候不小心被同事開水燙到，從膝蓋一直燙到腳趾頭，痛入心扉！ 從來不隨便哭的我，也不能不哭。
當時膝蓋處被單位的外科醫生診斷爲二級燙傷，醫生也給了我塗上一些消炎殺菌的藥膏，誰知第三天睡覺時候，傷口不小心被家中狗狗蹭掉皮，大大影響了恢複進度。我當時很擔心會留下疤痕，不知道如何是好！
三星期後，吳老師知道了我的情況，給我介紹了多特瑞精油，並親自調制了一瓶精油給我：薰衣草➕沒藥➕乳香➕椰子油稀釋。
我使用一個星期後發現皮膚恢複很明顯，然後就開始跟吳老師請教有關精油的問題。
其實我本身很喜歡精油，只是沒有遇到好産品，也從來沒想到CPTG理療級的多特瑞精油的療效如此棒！
今天我發了圖片給醫生，他說我年輕恢複得很快。我沒有告訴他我使用了吳老師調配的獨家秘方 :P
