Busted! S2 highlights so far

- Kim Se Jeong sweetly singing a yodle song while hanging from a monkey bar (????)

- Ahn Jae Wook chilling behind every other door the genius detective team opens w a mysterious smile like ‘oh are you looking for the Master of Mystery? Perhaps it is I’

-Sehun going at that Rubik’s cube with dogged determination until solving it (several crime scenes and literal hours later)…I felt that

- Kim Se Jeong using cutesiness for the good of the team with wildly different results (total fail/absolute win)

- Park Min Young geting lowkey frustrated when the genius team solved the locked room puzzle first was unintentionally cute

- the fact that they got all the wordplay solutions but not the ones they would have had to use maths is just SO typical

- male and female detectives being so openly delighted when a cute potential new member walks in like damn why hide it I guess…by the time Lee Seung-gi comes around though they are so traumatised by every previous treachery they just spend his whole first episode randomly accusing him… no proper appreciation for that guy which is a SHAME y'all

-Kim Jong Min and the general store owner both kept playing rock at rock-paper-scissors until the others stopped them - the team unanimously deciding upon seeing the puzzle to sit it out until the owner gets there and just shows them the right dashcam 😂 (to be fair they did solve it in the end) -everybody offering another team member's money/posession for betting

Can you imagine the contracts for Busted! though?

Like, the undersigned gives permission to be:

-gently swept along by a mob

- chained (and periodically reeled in by aforementioned chain)

- dunked in water/gook or get water/gook dunked on them

- jumpscared by extras

- chased by fake police

- chased by fake criminal

- very mildly electrocuted

- fake exploded

- jovially accosted for money/valuables by grocery store owner,thug

I really enjoy this format because I'm also trying to think of solutions to the problems they face lol. I know I would be shit w the numbers challenges but I am willing to test whacky ideas and I was a mythology geek and was into art a bit soo...idk it seems unlikely that the majority of the contestants would know classical western mythologies in depth so it's kinda unfair to give them tasks where eg the fact that greek gods have roman counterparts w different names would help a LOT Also if they knew the original Cassandra myth they would be like oh yeah haha I see what you did there... rip to every greek ever but imma actually listen to her (they still might accept her advice, it's Min-Young after all lol)
