🤩If you aren’t comfortable doing wall walks or handstands quite yet, try this PIKE UP drill instead!! Start in a plank with your feet elevated (lower is easier) and then start walking your hands in (it’s ok to bend your legs a little). The goals is to stack your hips over your shoulders, and shoulders over your hands. If you aren’t ready to get completely inverted yet, that’s ok!!
