Why is trying to sleep so goddamn pissing hard 🫩😤😤 why do I have conditions that make it hard to sleep. Why can't I just sleep. Why do I have to rely on CBD and the right amount of exhaustion (whatever tf that means and is) to sleep. I'm so fed up with it.

I've been wanting to make a story about teens in a psych ward, but as a person who has never been to a ward I want to try and be as accurate as possible :/ my partner has been before but I always feel bad for asking questions, so I try to get most of my info from (believe it or not) tiktok comps on youtube 😅 I felt like seeing post from people with experience would make things a bit more clear, you know? I dunno what the point of this post was 🚶but I love making characters with deep backstories and mental illness I just think it's fun? (I feel a little guilty about it for some reason, like I'm romanticizing or glorifying mental illnesses or psych wards without realizing) I know (well I don't know, but assume) those places can be draining to be around, especially if the staff don't truly prioritize the thoughts and feelings of patients. Man, I'm rambling. 🚶 Anyway, I have nothing better to say beyond that, but if anyone relates then like idk feel free to ramble to me as well! It's only fair 😅
