It’s hard for both men and women, but it’s difficult especially for moms for they tend to place more pressure and expectations on themselves and often forget to take care of their health just to make sure other family members are at good condition. In major cases, it’s usually the woman who stays at home, do chores and look after the kids. Whether you are working mom or stay at home mom, here are some tips to stay healthy and happy.
1. Eat good food
Eat good food means eat food that belongs to the food pyramid. Foods that would keep the body functioning well and all the system in our body, especially, the immune system to help combat sickness and diseases.
2. Celebrate the small things
Remember the things that have gone right rather than poking yourself on the things that went wrong. 6. Have your sense of humor
In the midst of chaos, try to maintain your sense of humor. Laugh often, laugh a lot. Laugh at yourself, kids will laugh with you. Laughter is contagious, the more you do it, the more you’ll be a cheerful person.
7. Have a regular physical check up

It’s natural and healthy to be the best mom you can be but it becomes unhealthy when you deal with it until you reach the person who won’t exist. Just be yourself!
