Classic comics Loki fashion!

Today’s a rollercoaster, folks. To start with, the cover of Thor #175 has Loki looking much better than average. Good cloak, good horns, some nice scales. Still going with the weird unitard and tights and balaclava/hood deal, but nobody’s perfect. His face and features are actually an improvement too: 

So that was the good news. The bad news is that that was the cover and had a different artist. Within the comic itself, we get this. (What is happening with his face????): 

But Then! He takes Odin’s Fancy Ring Of Rulership and mixes things up in a big way with this rather remarkable fashion statement:

It gets better, though. Or worse. (Worse, just seee:)

i hope that hyun’s family drama wasn’t the big reveal because...it was really underwhelming and not that big of a deal. now surprisingly i’m not a sadistic bitch so i’m not saying i want us to keep suffering lol but i need something bigger?? to make their story more interesting like damn 

don’t sue me for saying this but these story lines are so badly written for a game that expects me to pay £19 per episode for AP lmao...anyone who would be fully happy with paying 100s of euros (or whatever is equivalent to that in your currency) to complete this game probably only got to experience the world of fanfics on wattpad because this is some low quality, half-assed looking writing that isn’t even CLOSE to being worth that much money.

i think fiction writers are very diverse in style but fanfic writers pretty much all write exactly the same, especially if they're in the same fandom.

the diplomat is so funny because it's this very american show about how terrible the uk government is. they sat down in the writers' room rubbed their hands together and were like 'let's drag these brits'

ok apparently i DO have a character trope i tend to like after all: dispossessed princes and princesses

if the character can say "the throne is mine by rights" in an angsty tone there it a 98% probability that i will like them

it doesn't mean i want them to actually succeed in taking power back AT ALL but 

idk just appealing to me for some reason
