I made a really tasty pork for dinner so here is the list of ingredients for the marinade if anyone wants it

Yoghurt

Paprika

Ginger

Garlic

Peri peri seasoning

Mustard

Oregano

Coconut sriracha

Lime juice

Curry leaves

Small splash of leftover margarita

Some liquid smoke

Tiny bit of tumeric

Tiny bit of salt

Some msg

Small amount of honey

Tiny bit of Chinese five spice

Itty bitty bit of soy sauce

(Cooked with olive oil and margarine (butter also would work great if not better), along with the cut off bits of fat. I let all of this brown up a bit in the pan before adding the marinated pork)

#this list was made for my brother so I don't know how well this can be used #but go forth #this would also work well with chicken or I think lamb or goat #anything really I don't know #I would love to make this again and not overcook it this time though because that pork was dry #imagining the flavour but with juicy meat mmmmmmmmmmm
