Goddamnit I already made a post about it and I don't like to hate on m*levens too much but istg, it's a show!! The characters aren't real, it's not about what would realistically happen. The goal of the show is to create an engaging plot and a good narrative. "I just can't see Mike leaving El for Will after all they've been through" but would that be an interesting story? Poor gay boy gets rejected by the love of his life? He thinks he can't find love because he's gay, and what, he's proven right?

That's not even mentioning how much of what people say about Byler is just feeding into heteronormativity and homophobia. People just assume Mike is straight, despite him having never affirmed that. That's the definition of heteronormativity.

Here we are~! A whole new page of me meticulously reviewing the detail and structure of Juno's 2nd form. As hard as it was to keep an eye on the symmetry in this body-- compared to his 1st one-- it was satisfying to see it all come together. The spine was the most fun part to draw.

So for my own reference and reveling:

The 2nd body (when bent over) eyeballs to about 2.5 regular Junos tall. Every sphere-shaped part is roughly the same size, including the fiery-hand part-- which I will correct in future sketches.

Not a tripod, the "tail" doesn't touch the ground like the "feet" do.

Juno's core juts out from a 45-degree angle, so typically his head is lifted upwards and not right in the middle as I initially thought.

The area where Juno inserts himself is flat, so the upper body is more like a sphere with part of the top cutoff and not totally round.

Every spinal part can rotate individually.

And in my delusion I started to put Juno in weird positions because I want to play with the range of his parts and placement of his core. There's also a lot of shots where I'm accentuating his neck that I made to extend slightly because I want him to look Even Worse in this form.

Is there a chance for bts to go their separate ways when they return?

yeah. it's likely that it'll happen

not right away after their return but some time after it. they'll try to do a few things together at first but it will feel different (for them) and they will all start building their own individual plans for their future which they'll then prioritize over being active as a group (the time before the military was a bit like a sneak peak)

at some point they'll feel like they've done this long enough and that their true potential lies somewhere else. it doesn't really help them grow as a person and as an artist anymore. they will need something else to push forward
