I had someone comment on my queerplatonic stobin fic being like “eww how dare you ship them together, Robin is a lesbian” like the first actual tag of the fic wasn’t “Queerplatonic Steve Harrington/Robin Buckley” and the fic itself wasn’t full of them explaining how their relationship is different than romantic or sexual relationships but just as strong and aggressive. What.
Unless Aloy is walking her ass back to Meridian to apologise to literally everyone she bailed on at the beginning of HFW, I'm gonna need someone to slap some sense into her.
i am trying very hard to erase the second season out of my memory but i keep remembering random bits and just can’t help myself but feel, once again, immensely grateful for the lotr trilogy. imagine arwen losing her elven powers and trying to sell out frodo, causing aragorn to be mad at her. imagine the council of elrond being overrun by orcs bc the creators thought watching the characters talk was boring. or frodo going on a killing spree as he was possessed by ringwraiths. bilbo stabbing him. the fellowship somehow bringing whores to lothlorien bc watching them mourn and simply be there isn’t entertaining enough. i know the witcher is much darker and grim than the lotr trilogy but all of these seem just as misplaced and wrong here as they are in the show.
@ all y’all going on about the ToC discourse today:
We all know about how Tony went on this suicide mission essentially just to avenge Ziva’s death because he didn’t have any hope of finding her alive, and we rightfully talk about how huge that was, and what a statement that made about his feelings for her...
... but it just hit me, now, all these years later, about how much that said about McGee too. Because he followed Tony blindly, so he must have accepted this was certain death, too, and he did this... all because Ziva was his friend and he wanted to stop the people who did this to her, and because Tony was his friend and he’d have his back no matter what.
I’m--
imagine posting about the show queer eye and tagging it with ‘q slur’ like imagine being that dumb
Note to self: find whomever convinced our superior of the name Rainbow Rocket and take them behind the chemical shed.
