Ok, I finally managed to finish, I don't know why it took so long but well, this idea excited me a little, and I decided to carry it out.  This is a pirate AU based on the one that appears in Sonic Prime...but not entirely the same. 

I have most of the story and characters planned, but from here on out it's just a matter of developing it.

okay, but like how well does the whole stupid ass DC Rnm au work? Liz as Batman (obviously my girl is trauma and genius and ethics rolled into a strange little batsuit wearing, crazy ass impulsive choices weirdo) and Max as Wonder Woman- cause made from earth and lightning??? built and blessed into the perfect weapon (obviously changing a lot of reasonings and rolls within her lore) while Jones fulfills a mix of Ares and Ra’s Al Ghul??? the villian romantically linked to the leader of Themyscira and also responsible for creating the perfect genetic vessel to possess to replace his own damaged body from the long term use of the Lazarus pits for immortality, I could add in all sorts of rolls for everyone else but imagine Arturo as Alfred, like the wise one with his head in his shoulders but also actually he’s more insane and dangerous then his daughter after all- Liz built her company from the ground up after school, Rosa was caught up in one of the local mobs because she tried to deal in their streets- resulting in her death while Liz was in middle school, and she vowed to rid Gotham of its crime, by creating jobs and offering healthcare and benefits to almost anyone who needed them- founded scholarships and when all of that didn’t did the corporations profiting off of cruelty and mobs then she took to actively fighting, going for the mob bosses one at a time and getting steeped in a world of insanity until she couldn’t even recognize her own face- between who she was, the grief and hard work that never meant anything and the soft indents of the bat cowl still pressed into her cheeks, then this alien finds himself in Gotham, literally with a golden lasso of truth, declaring his full legal name as he fights against the corruption in her city, and she can’t even find a way to say her name while touching the lasso, is she Liz Ortecho anymore??? or a broken facsimile of her glued together with violence and blood???

yeah! i love this prompt and i really want to do it justice :) already have 3k words written, aiming to go over 6k. i hope that'll be able to upload it tomorrow, trying finish at least the outline for the last 3k tonight :)

I love the escape into the characters' worlds though.
