The beginning
So my WHOLE life, I was on a journey to gain weight and not be the skinny girl. Now that I’m 27 (oh god) I am happy with the weight i have....PROUD 155 5′10....but I need to tone. I have a gut, my but droops, and my legs are starting to rub together. The only thing I really love is that I’ve always had naturally tone arms.
Now don’t get me wrong. I love my size and shape. But in the world we’re in today, health is wealth. I need to get healthy. I walked a hill the other day and was SOOOOO out of breath.It wasn’t even that big. Ew that’s mad unattractive.
I have no actual motivation. I know exactly what I want to do, yet i can never get my self to fully go through with it. So to help me actually keep up with some shit for once, I decided to create a blog separate from my own and completely focus it on fitness...my own FITBLR.
Along this journey, I will do:
1. Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred along with gym visits on those “CARDIO” days
2. Once the 30 day shred is actually completed, next is YOGA. Now, I’ve done Hot Yoga before with a dope groupon I had for $50. I tell you I did only one class. I PAID 50 BUCKS AND WENT TO ONE CLASS!!! As this shows, I have no dedication no matter the amount I spend.
3. Along with Yoga, I will also go to the gym for the classes or just some simple exercising because of course I have a gym membership that I pay to not go to. I apparently just like wasting money.
Ok, now that everything is written down. I have to continue to blog my daily results of going through the 1st 30 days. Hopefully, I can keep my nerve and positive energy up (insert big bright smile) and actually keep this shit up and post progress pics. We’ll make SUNDAY MARCH 12, 2017 DAY ONE
