I tried a different recipe for jam drops with custard powder. I don't know what I did, fucked up somehow, it was a mix between dough and batter, definitely wasn't being rolled into balls. So, I spread it out on a tray, smeared plum jam all over the top and threw it in the oven. Custard jam scone slice. Basically what it tastes like. It's awesome.
