The hardest of yeses!!
When I was a small child, my family used to visit this one really swanky restaurant for special occasions. Because my family is extra, my parents were always coming up with special occasions - and I got to wear fun dresses, so it was always FUN. They had opera singers in the multi floor restaurant, which was itself in an old mansion in a very chichi part of Vancouver. The history! The huge fireplace! The paintings!
My favourite part was by the exit, a cute, stooped, older Italian man stood by a little cart and you got to select a butter mint or date. I always picked a butter mint. To childhood me it was fucking decadence.
