Ingredients: 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 onion, diced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour. 2 cups beef broth. 1/2 cup heavy cream. Salt and pepper to taste. 8 oz egg noodles. 2 tablespoons butter. 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish.
Instructions: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef sirloin and cook until browned, then remove from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add diced onion and minced garlic, saut until softened. Sprinkle flour over the onion and garlic, stir to combine and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually pour in beef broth while stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it thicken. Stir in heavy cream, then return the beef to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste, simmer for another 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain. In a separate pot, melt butter over low heat and toss the cooked noodles in the melted butter. Serve the beef gravy over warm buttered noodles, garnish with chopped parsley. Enjoy!
