These mustard parmesan pork chops made in one pan are a quick and easy keto-friendly meal. A tasty crust forms on the tender pork chops thanks to the tangy Dijon mustard and salty Parmesan cheese. This dish is perfect for any night of the week.
Ingredients: 4 pork chops. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Diced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a small bowl with Dijon mustard. Spread the mustard mixture out on both sides of the pork chops. A big skillet that can go in the oven should have olive oil in it. Put the pork chops in the pan and sear them for three to four minutes on each side, until they turn golden brown. Place the skillet in an oven that has already been heated and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the pork chops reach 145F 63C inside. Grab it from the oven, let it cool for a bit, and then serve it hot.
