made a birthday cake for my grandma who turns 86 this week and she told me she had always wanted a butterfly cake ever since she was a little girl, so glad i could have made that wish come true 🥺

✿ バタフライケーキ | Butterfly Cakes ・蝶々が上にとまっているような、可愛いカップケーキは、イギリスではフェアリーケーキ（妖精のケーキ）とも呼ばれています。シンプルなバターケーキを小さなマフィン型で焼いて、上の部分を丸くくりぬき、その切り取った部分で羽を作って飾ります。くりぬいた穴の中には、シンプルにアイシングだけを入れたり、ジャムだけを入れたり、もしくは、今回のレシピのように、両方入れる場合もあります。
